Terms of Service
These terms explain the basic rules for using the service, subscriptions, uploaded content, and AI-generated outputs.
Last updated: May 2026
1. Use of the service
This service allows users to upload or import media, generate transcripts, and create AI-assisted summaries, highlights, and key moments.
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm the platform, other users, or third-party providers.
2. Your content
You are responsible for the files, URLs, audio, video, and text you submit to the service. You should only upload or process content that you own, have permission to use, or are otherwise legally allowed to process.
You remain responsible for reviewing transcripts and AI-generated outputs before using, publishing, or sharing them.
3. AI and transcription accuracy
Transcripts, summaries, highlights, and key moments may contain errors, omissions, incorrect timestamps, or inaccurate interpretations.
The service is intended as a productivity tool, not as a guaranteed source of perfectly accurate records, legal evidence, medical advice, financial advice, or professional advice. Please review outputs before relying on them.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Plan limits, available features, prices, and billing terms may vary by plan.
You can manage billing, subscriptions, invoices, and cancellations through the billing portal when available from your account.
Canceling a subscription may affect access to paid features according to the app's current billing and plan rules.
5. Account deletion
You can delete your account from the account settings page. If you have an active paid subscription, cancel it in the billing portal before deleting your account.
Account deletion is intended to remove your account and related app data, including projects, transcripts, AI outputs, and uploaded files linked to your uploads where technically supported by the current system.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use the service to upload or process content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, infringing, or designed to interfere with the service or its providers.
You may not attempt to bypass plan limits, access another user's account or data, abuse AI processing, overload the service, or interfere with payment or security systems.
7. Availability and changes
The service may change, pause, fail, or become unavailable due to maintenance, provider issues, infrastructure problems, or product updates.
Features, limits, pricing, and supported providers may change over time, especially during early access and V1 development.
8. Limitation of responsibility
The service is provided as a software tool. You are responsible for how you use uploaded content, transcripts, AI outputs, exports, and billing choices.
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, the service is not responsible for indirect losses, missed opportunities, inaccurate AI outputs, provider outages, or decisions made based on generated content.
